You could have a fault with the PCM. If you have a scan tool that can monitor the fuel injectors, plug it in and go for a test drive until the problem occurs. Monitor if the injectors of cylinder # 2 and/or # 3 are working.

There are cases of such whereby the 2nd and 3rd cylinders are not firing due to the PCM not grounding the circuit.
