I currently have a Chevy Express Van motor 4.3. I live in Chicago, IL and my car will not start. I have replaced the fuel regulator, spark plugs, and oil and still the van will not start? It sparks and I have gas but will not start?

If you have PROPER fuel pressure to the fuel rail and a good hot blue spark to the plugs, then the fuel isn't getting into the engine. With a noid light, check to make sure the injectors are getting power. Most parts stores will lend them to you. Disconnect an injector and plug the light in. When you crank the engine, the light should pulse when power is sent. If there is no pulse, check the wiring back to the PCM. NOTE: If the engine starts with starting fluid, then it is fuel related.
