I have a 2003 chevy cavalier and how do i change the heater fan control switch

To replace the switch, you need to remove the trim panel around the unit assembly. Once off, the climate control unit is bolted into place. Remove the bolts and the control unit will come out. Once out, you will be able to gain access to the rear of it and the screws that hold the switch in place. Before going through the trouble, make sure the switch is the problem. Check to make sure there is no power to the fan motor, relay, or resister and that all power stops at the switch.
