I live in Texas and just replaced an engine in a 2003 deville. Had the car's front end jacked up for about 5-6 months. Now when driving the car rides rough and feels like the front end jolts when going over bumps. Any ideas?

Concerns with the automatic level control will not cause an issue with the front, as you are describing. The system is only for the rear of the vehicle, and adjusts height in response to loading. Has it been verified that all fasteners in the front have been tightened, and was there an alignment performed after the powertrain was removed?

Alignment was done and recalibrated for steering system. Also rechecked everything to make sure was tight.
