2003 Buick Rendezvous Ignition and fuel issues

1) The ignition sticks sometimes after turning to the start position. Would this be the ignition switch or the ignition lock?

2) I smell fuel even awhile after the vehicle is shut off. There are no visible leaks. Could this be a vent solenoid or what exactly?

Most likely the tumbler is going bad. Try to lube it see if that helps.

As far as the smell, check to see if fuel pressure drops off quickly when the engine is turned off. If it does, there is a leak. As far as the vent solenoid, that should have set the check engine light. You should have an EVAP code.
