If its a spun bearing, you're dealing with a major repair-check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if its within specs-could be the turbocharger -start here

Spin confusion? Probably should have said BAD bearing in turbo instead of spun. You could use an auto stethoscope or vac wand to try and isolate sound location.

Maybe the sound is NORMAL? I recall turbo unwind/drone last 1 I fooled with.
