Here is some info of what the process is:
OHM tested
Injector’s o-rings, filters, pintle caps and washers are removed and discarded
Exterior of injector is cleaned
Injector is then submerged in very hot water and cleaning solution in an ultrasonic cleaner to break up deposits within the injector.
Injector is then reverse flushed to remove any additional debris loosened by the ultrasonic cleaner. (The above two steps is usually repeated numerous times making cleaning the most consuming of time)
Following cleaning, the injectors are tested at different pressures for leaks and spray pattern.
Injectors are then grouped in to matching sets which means they are flowing within 1-2% of each other. (Factory usually allows a variance of 3-5%)
Metal bodied injectors usually will have paint removed and depending on seller can be polished or repainted.
Injectors are given a light exterior clean
New parts are applied i.E Filters, o-rings, washers, and pintle caps.
Packaged in vacuum sealed bags (depending on seller)
