I have a 02 Saturn SC1, after I start my vehicle and begin to drive there is a loud, high pitch squeaking noise coming from (what I believe) is the front right of my vehicle. My car also has been idling higher then usual and the car sometimes starts to get hot- gauge reads it at halfway. The squeaking noise tends to stop/quite down when I hit the brakes but only when I make a (very sharp) right hand turn does the squeaking cease completely.

Inspect all the drive belts/tension if okay could be a driven component bearing problem

Let's start with the squealing noise check your front brake's it sound's like there worn out and your sensor's are rubbing on the rotor's.Half way on the gauge isn't hot for that car that's normal the radiator cooing fan come's on at just over half way on the gauge. Is it showing any other sign's of being hot like boiling over the cap etc? Also how high is your car idling?Do you have any trouble code's in the computer?
