2002 Pontiac Sunfire Reverse Switch

I have replace the reverse switch in my car 2 times now but it keeps dying within 2-3 days. I have also replaced the sockets/pigtails and bulbs for my reverse lights just to be sure. The fuse for my reverse lights hasn't blown either. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
