We cleared all the codes but the mass air flow sensor code I guess we will have to replace the sensor the seal that is leaking is the seal behind the timing belt how hard would it be to replace and how could you do it

You need to remove the drive belts, crankshaft pulley, timing cover, timing belt, gear sprockets. Not very difficult but should not be attempted unless you know what youare doing as any mistake with timing belt installation can be costly.
