Could be a valve lifter or something in the power end. Have it checked at a shop to verify.

IF THE NOISE IS TAPPING SOUND AT THE TOP END OF THE ENGINE

IT MAY BE A "DIRTY TAPPET" (HYDRAULIC LIFTER)

A QUART OF MARVEL MYSTERY OIL IS AN ADDITIVE THAT TAKES THE PLACE OF 1 QUART OF OIL DURING AN OIL CHANGE

IT DOES WORK WELL IN MAKING A LIFTER OPERATE CORRECTLY

IT'S NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER, HERE'S A LITTLE INFO ON HOW THEY WORK AND OTHER OPTIONS

IF IT IS A "TAPPING" UP TOP, SOMETIMES FADING AWAY AS YOU DRIVE, THIS IS PROBABLY NOT REAL SERIOUS THE MMM MAY FIX YOU RIGHT UP

LOOK IT UP IN "YOU TUBE"
