Mercedes transmisson

02 jag xk supercharged mercedes trans, when driving for a while trans free wheels and car will not move for 15 - 20 min, Trany shop replaced valve body, then solenoids and valve body again, then rebuilt transmisson, still has the same issue, any one have an idea were to look next.

Its still coming from the tranny-was the TC replaced? Sounds like you need another transmission

I've never experienced a torque convertor do this with out contaminating the trany with metal, and yes it to was replaced, I was wondering if it could be a signal from traction control, trany shop thinks there could be an internal crack in the case but I don't understand why it functions fine when shifted manually.
