2002 Honda Civic Drum brakes

Brakes were applied while my right side drum brake was open, therefore the cylinder popped out and fluid got out, I managed to put the cylinder back on but I won't go all the way back. I heard it can be adjusted. I can't put my drum back on. It's pretty urgent, thank you.

You can't adjust the wheel cylinder you can only adjust the star wheel adjuster for the shoes.That has nothing to do with the wheel cylinder piston going back in.You might just have to get ,a new wheel cylinder if you can't get the piston back in.
