2002 Ford Other overheated

So today i was driving my car it overheated and it turn off i check if there was anticoler and it was low so i put some after waithing 30 min i drove it again and it overheated again after that i park in a near by hospitol and turn off a car for like 1 hour now the car wont star anymore... When i was trying to turn the car the off some lights were going low so we took the battery to charge and i wont get it untill tommorow if the car dosent turn on what should i do

The engine overheated indicating possibly the water pump wasn't turning. The battery ran down indicating the generator wasn't working. I don't know which model you have but on many cars the water pump and generator are run by the same belt. I'd start by checking if a belt broke or fell off.
