2002 Ford F-350 truck stop running.

Removed PCM power relay and the injector drive module power relay. Installed new fuse and fuse didn't blow, engine turned over. Put PCM power relay back in and fuse blew. Removed relay and replaced fuse, put injector driver module power relay back in. Changed fuse. Fuse did not blow and engine turned over. Inner changed driver module with another driver module with same number, installed into PCM power relay port an fuse blew. Need help, what do I do next metered out modules reads okay. My PCM is not install. Is more PCM related component.

You really haven't proven much of anything yet. The PCM power relay operates many things, including the injector driver module so having either relay unplugged interrupts the power flow to the injectors. The PCM relay also powers the fuel pump relay.
