I would like to know, how can a flywheel crack after 116000 miles? It's a 2002 ford e250 4.2 engine. It started making a rattling noise , and something was burning. The check engine light came on with a code P0155.I replaced the upper stream o2 sensor. After that the rattling noise was getting louder at idle. I found out it was the fly wheel cracked. What could cause it to get that far?
