The brake is not fully releasing. Start by getting it to drag, then park on a slight incline, shift to neutral, place a block a few inches downhill of one tire, then loosen the steel lines at the master cylinder. If it releases there you have brake fluid contaminated with a petroleum product. Hopefully it will not release yet.
Next, open the bleeder screw on the left front caliper. If it releases there, suspect the rubber flex hose. If it does not release, suspect the caliper.
