Car turns off when heater is turned on. When I turn the heat off, the car starts back up.

Check grounds, battery to body, battery to engine and engine to body

Yes it cold be but your car will really run screwy if it is. But have your battery and charging system checked. Most auto parts stores will do it for free

Ok. The car only turned off while I was at the light and decided to turn on the heat. However, while in motion, I turned on the heat and the car did not turn off but it appears to be running a bit slower until I turned the heat off.
