2002 Chrysler Sebring heater

I get warm air out of the passenger side for a brief sec then its cool again. I've replaced the thermasstat flushed the radiator flushed the heater core but it still only puts worm air out for a sec and is cool again

It sounds like the blend air door actuator. You should have it checked out, please get back to us.
