My rear defrost grid only has two working lines, which are the very top two. All the rest do no work/defrost the glass when turned on.

could this be a bad fuse? A broken grid line, bad connection etc.

also my liftgate support struts don't work & I was told it may be related but I thought that was incorrect.

Thank you in advance I GREATLY appreciate it!

It's just a bad grid but unfortunately the only way to fix it is with a new rear glass.

Good morning,

was wondering if you saw my other question by chance regarding my power windows? Just wondering if you wouldn't mind taking a look since you are knowledgable. Here's the question:

" On the Driver side door module panel where I can control all the power windows & locks of the vehicle, the power window function doesn't work. As in, I cannot roll down my window or any others - However, I am still able to lock & unlock all locks from this panel, as well as use the disable passengers from rolling down their windows feature.

What could be the problem? Fuse, Power window motor?"

It could be the master switch is bad but it would require some electrical testing to determine that.
