I have a 2002 Suburban 1500 LS. The truck will go straight down the road, but when the wind is blowing I have to fight the truck to keep it going straight. I had a mechanic look at it and he said that he did not find anything wrong with the front end. I know this can not be true. The previous owner of the truck told me that this is the way the SUV's drive. Please tell me what you think the problem might be? The truck has 125000 miles on it.

I have to be honest, if they checked and all steering components are tight as well as stabalizer bushings, chances are it is the nature of the beast. I have an Expedition and it is the same way. It is because the vehicle sits higher and has a larger area for the wind to hit and push.
