2002 Chevrolet Malibu Wont run

So my car just started this today. It won't run if I don't have my foot on the accelerator. It runs ok as long as i keep my foot on it but will not idle. Have to press the accelerator to get it started. I think it might be the Throttle Position Sensor but not sure.

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge, auto parts rent gauge also clean throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner.
