Thanks once again! I'm thinking its the injector. I went to a GM dealer when the SES light came on the first time - 125k miles, and thought that I needed a tune - up and injector cleaning. They claimed they did it, only to be told, later that day when the light came on again that it was the Oxygen sensor. Again, they claimed they did it. Just had a tune up again less than 10K miles in a different garage and watched as they pulled the plugs -- they looked original. Replaced the wires, was told that the computer reported a MAF malfunction and cyl 4 had a misfire.
One more piece of info. After clearing the code, stopped at a stop light and the SES light was doing an on/off while idling. After driving off and driving 5 miles the light stayed off. Shut the car off and upon starting SES light is back on.
