About a month ago my 2002 chevy avalanche started making a ticking sound. Today it starts shaking going about 20-30mph. What could this possibly be?

Possiable bad plug wire, lifter tap noise, bad supension part try to explain pl.

Whenever I would drive by a wall is when I could hear the ticking or more like a clicking noise. Sometimes the clicking would be when we turned the wheel but it also does it when we are driving straight. Now when I stop and start to drive it shakes under my feet and sometimes makes the steering wheel shake. It starts to shake around 20 mph and stops shaking aroun 35-40 mph.
