Let's check the fuse #14 -10 amp in the interior fuse panel, it could have popped when you were doing the work. Here is a guide to help and the fuse location in the images below.

If the fuse is okay my suggestion is since you put an aftermarket radio in, re solder the original connect to it's wires, then buy any installation adapter, this will plug into your harness and into the new radio without cutting any wires. These adapters power all needed items so everything works. This is the proper way to do the job an cars with onboard computers, like yours for example. Check out the images (Below).
