2002 Buick 3.4ltr overheating. This is what I have already replaced or done: radiator cap, checked all hoses for clogs, checked water pump. Replaced Serpentine belt, replaced belt tensioner, and replaced thermostat. There is no coolant on the floor. When it over heats it fills the overflow container. Please advise what I can all do or check next. Thank you

Get a pressure test done and see if there is a pressure loss from a small leak. You can overheat if the system does not have proper pressure.

If there is pressure loss then there is a crack in the cooling jacket or the head gasket could be bad. If you have changed your anti-freeze every 2 years a crack is unlikely.
If there is no pressure loss, I would make sure the fans are coming on when they are supposed to. You can get an infra red temp gauge for $20 and point it at the thermost housing and hoses etc. And your fan should come on a little above the temp that the thermostat opens.
