That is a really hard question to answer because I don't know what is causing the slip. It could be clutches, a weak pump, a problem with the pressure sensor. I will say these vehicles are not cheap to have worked on. A used trans for it will be nearly 2K dollars plus labor to install and shop materials. Buyer beware. Make sure you know all the facts before jumping into it. Also, I don't know where you're located, so labor rated are most likely different that what I am familiar with. Contact a trans shop near you to get a good feel for rates, replacement if needed, or the price of a basic overhaul.
