More than likely this is a cluster issue. These are pretty common to fail so I would suggest starting with checking voltage for the fuel gauge coming into the cluster.
Basically the voltage is going to change based on fuel level. So we want to check it when it is empty and then put gas in it and see if it steadily changes. If it jumps around or does not change then the cluster is not the issue.

The fact that you have two things not accurate points to a cluster but checking voltage will confirm this.
Please see the wiring diagram below of the USA version of this vehicle. It is not going to be exact but close enough that you should be able to get a good idea what the issue is.
