I have a mechanic trying to pull an cv axel and he's having a problem. Apparently he needs a special type of socket to pull the part. Can anyone tell me what it is so that I can shop for the part?

if he is talking about the nut to remove from axle he just needs to measure it and go to an auto parts to get it.
