Car Horn Sticking?

It doesn't do it every time, just randomly. I will go to blow the horn and even when I let go of the wheel (where you push for horn) the horn continues to blow. I've been threatening to disconnect the horn altogether but don't believe that would be a wise decision. I feel like it is inside the wheel, like the button sticks. Maybe some glue or something from somewhere has leaked and making it stick? I don't really know how to fix this and am afraid to take the wheel off because of the air bag. Anyone know what I should do or how to fix this problem without disconnecting the wires to the horn?

If you buy it at chain auto store they probably can put it in for you! Should be under hood in relay/fuse box. Open box, pull out old, plug in new. Simple, unless it is a problem in steering wheel?
