My vehicle has a very rough vibration from front to back throughout the whole cabin. This happens when the vehicle is in park or while driving...and again it's very rough vibration. It seems as if the vibrations are happening from side to side as well

Well, we can rule out tires and drive line. The most logical cause is a misfire due to worn spark plugs and wires, or a defective ignition coil. Normally you should see the Check Engine light turn on and there will be a diagnostic fault code indicating which cylinder(s) are misfiring.

There can be mechanical causes too from a collapsed engine mount allowing an exhaust pipe to rub on the body and transmit vibrations into the body, or a loose cast ring on the vibration damper. A lot more information is really needed to narrow down the cause.
