Yes, the ALT

Yes, the alt. Is charging and working as it should, what else could it be?
I started it the other day and all of a sudden the lights went out and the jake brake kicked in untill it heated up the kicked out as it should, everything was working great untill I shut it off started it again and the lights, (alt. Brake, brake booster, abs) came back on and won't go out untill I get up to 50-55mph or race the eng. As soon as I let off gas pedal e lights come back on. I hope you can help, I have taken the entire dash and steering coloum apart and still cannot figure it out. Thank-you
