2001 Hyundai Terracan please help single mum of 4!

Description of Problem: I went to drive my car yesterday (only just recently bought it) everything was fine. Then after church I started her up, all of a sudden I heard a strange noise, my power steering went. I thought it may have been the battery, but car was still going. As I approched home the engine started to make a horrible noise! It sounded like metal scraping on the road! The brake light is on and the battery light, I checked both the coolant and oil they were both empty. Please help! I don't want to drive it to a mechanic! Im to scared it will ruin my car. Im a mum of four. I need this car to be okay, please tell me it will be ok!
