To have this many different fault codes related to the same thing, the best suspect is a wiring problem. Check for wires rubbed through and grounding out against a sharp metal bracket, corrosion on the connector terminals, and things like that. Various codes can also be set when there is no underlying problem if the plug for that sensor is disconnected while the ignition switch is on. If your sensor still uses a vacuum hose, check that for leaks. Most newer sensors have a port that plugs right into the intake manifold, so they don't have a vacuum hose connected to them.
