2001 Honda Civic my car is running rough

So I replaced the timing belt tensioner water pump timing cover gaskets and all the above got all the timing marks lined up and everything seems to be good but when I got done put it back together crank it over and it was running rough has a hesitation in it and when you try to drive it and has no balls

You didn't say why you replaced the timing belt. This is an interference engine so if the belt broke, you're going to have bent valves. If you just replaced the belt because it's time, the most common problem is the camshaft moves when you release the tensioner, and that puts the valves out-of-time.
