It started by having play in my linkage some time ago. And now it won't go in to reverse.I kept shifting it back and forth, if it is goining in gear it's not moving. It happend yesterday, but I kept shifting it and it worked fine the rest of the day

Slipping linkage / cable, and loose linkages are the most common cause of not going onto the right gear, but there can also be a problem in the valve body in the transmission, or a broken low / reverse band. Your observations that it shifts properly at times rules out a transmission problem. You're right about the linkage but most likely you'll need to crawl underneath and watch what's moving or slipping while a helper moves the shift lever. Be sure to block the wheels or have a helper you can trust to keep the brakes applied.
