I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 v6 magnum the check engine light came on and my obd2 scanner showed the code p0303 witch meant cylinder #3 misfire I changed plugs cap rotor even checked injectors and cleared the code and it still comes on after a couple times of starting it up. It also seams to lack of some power on acceleration but not all the time is there anything else that I can try before I have to take it to a shop and pay out the you know what please help if you can. Im desperate.

They should be in the area of 120 psi. However, you need to check all cylinders to make sure there isn't more than a 10% variation between them. If there is more than that, you could have a misfire.

If the injector is clean and the plug is new, check compression in that cylinder to make sure it isn't weak.
