2001 Dodge Durango brakes

When I break it feels choppy. Going slow the car iind of dances. I am not shure what it is. I have had friends syggest a brake box. Another said roters. Anothes said brake calibur might.B sticking or need replacing. T sounds like alot of possibilities and money
