I have a 2001 dodge grand caravan es 3.8L V6 with auto temp control (3 zoning). The front heater quit blowing air and so we changed the module behind the glove box. Everything worked fine that day but the heater quit again the next day. What could be causing the failure of the module repeatedly and how can I diagnose this?

Excessive current draw from the blower motor will cause module failures.

I would measure the current draw before automatically replacing it.
