I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring 2.7l V6 and it's giving up codes P1684, P1391 and P0442. Suggestions?

My regular mechanic changed a hose that he thought was causing the vacuum issue but I have a major shuddering issue first start up of the day. I have to let it run for a while before I drive it or it will stall. At stops the rpms get really low and it shudders. I keep reading that it could be cam shaft or crank shaft sensors. Could there be another cause for the idling issue? It has 75,000 miles on it, not sure if that matters. Any input would be great...
