Hi. Sorry it took so long to reply, thank you for the answer, here is another one, can you tell me what the rotor looks like when the distributor is seated correctly we are confused, my truck is a 2001 4.3l vin w v6. The hubby is confused about the way the rotor and the distributor is positioned. If you can send diagrams of the rotor, (which way is the metal bar facing). Thank you
