How can i repair my bottom driver's seat tilt adjustment on my 2001 Buick Park Avenue Ultra?

If it is just one of the cushion tilt functions, either front of, or rear of cushion that is not operating, it is usually serviced with a complete adjuster. Individual pieces were not commonly available.
