There are a number of things that will cause this, so we need to start by checking the fuel pressure and find out if it is low. Here is a guide that will help with this:

If the fuel pressure is okay, then we need to monitor the o2 sensor data and find out if this is lean.

If it is not lean, then the next most probable issue is the torque converter has failed.
Basically, what happens is the converter stops pushing the fluid through the converter causing the input shaft to spin and it bogs the engine down.
