I would like to know if you can send a diagram on how to siphon gas from my 2000 XC70 Volvo. Wagon?

You can get a siphon from a parts store. As far as entering, you need to disconnect the inlet hose, or filler neck, and insert there and have enough capacity to hold the fuel.
