I have a 2000 toyota tundra and it drives fine in two wheel drive, however when I engage the four wheel drive it begins to make a clunking noise in the front. It seems to clunk every rotation of the tire. I can't seem to place the exact location of where the noise is coming from. Maybe the CV joint or the boots? please help

check ujoint in driveshaft and axles, check for torn boots or oil splashed around then check axle on that side.
