2000 Toyota Camry Security Alarm and Autolock problem

Hi there! I am driving a Toyata Camry sedan, and my card door auto-lock is not working so I am using keys for locking and opening of doors. Sometimes when I try to start the car the security alarm beeps loud automatically for about 40 secs and its annoying as the car starts normally sometime but now a days this security beeps most of the time when I insert keys in car to start the engine. And also a sound of tik tik tik I can hear from the locks sometime even after the car keys is out.

Please suggest how can I get rid of this unnecessary security alarm.
