The 20 amp fuse for windscreen wipers keeps blowing. This is happening while the engine is switched off, and the car is parked overnight.
Also the econo light has started lighting up.
What causes fuses to blow when the ignition is switched off.

That is interesting because there should be no power to the wipers with the key off. The only thing I can say is to check for shorts right after the fuse that could be causing it to blow with the key off.

A short in the circuit would cause the fuse to blow whether ignition is turned on or off if the circuit is hot at all times. You would ned to check what component this fuse feeds and test each of them for shorting. It could also be a fault with the wiring.
