I have a 2000 Suzuki esteem I check my fuses and wires and everything good the problem I am having is I don't have a horn and when I put four ways on I have nothing but if I shut the four ways off I have turn signals I was wondering if it can be the turn signal switch

Only proper testing of the circuits would be able to get you the answer.
