I have a 2000 Saturn the wire that runs the radiator fan is now under my steering wheel and I have to put them together to turn the fan on. DANGEROUS! I was wondering how much is it going to cost me to run it to the ignition?

Ok lets back up here you are twisting up the wires under your steering wheel to make the fan run?Thats crazy why are we doing this what caused you to do this?It probably an easy fix and you spent more time doing this crazy stuff then fixing it correctly. So let me guess the fan wasn't coming on and the car was boiling over? Was the fan coming on with the a/c if the a/c works? When it boiled over what did the temp gauge say?The more details the better you probably just have a coolant temp sensor which is 10 and possibly a corroded connector also about 20.
