Here is a guide to help you test the relay once you find it from the diagrams below:

Here is the location. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport Limited 4x4

Problem: When I push the horn on the steering wheel all it does is clicks and does not blow and when I push the lock button on my remote keypad the horn does not blow all it does is clicks. The alarm does not work now for which I know they are tied in together.

What I have tried: First check all fuses and they were not blown. Second I replaced the horn with a brand new one.
Third tried to locate the horn relay but could not find it (can you please tell me where it is?). Fourth charged battery and cleaned cleaned both terminals. Fifth replaced battery in my remote keypad.

Where is it clicking from? Also, do you have a multi-meter to do some testing?

The clicking is coming from under the hood by the horn. And thank you for the location and illustration of the relay.

The relay is on the passenger side inner fender behind the air cleaner housing. Right next to the ABS relay. As for the Anti-Theft system it is integrated with the vehicles control systems and cannot be bypassed or removed.
